CEO of SIHR AL SHARQ, Mounis Al Dahouk, has had over 20 years of experience in design and construction works. He established the company in 2005 and has constructed over 50 projects in the past several years. After his success in the Middle East, he branched the virtual company to Canada, where he continues to make it grow and expands the virtual team.

Mounis develops high quality business strategies, leads and motivates employee engagement, and ensures that results are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Project Coordinator of SIHR AL SHARQ, Sultan Al Dahouk, is the key figure of the construction project team. Since he joined the company in 2006, Sultan has learnt, evolved, and successfully managed projects across the UAE. He monitors project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
